However, if I were a heavier user of sites like Rapidshare and Megaupload, I would definitely consider swapping. I personally use DownThemAll! as my download manager because it downloads quickly, efficiently and there's no Java involved. You can queue as many files as you want and you are updated on download progress via a status bar.
Often, you are asked to wait up to a minute before a download will start if you download directly from the site but JDownloader will initiate them immediately. The huge advantage of JDownloader is that you don't have to deal with the annoying waiting times associated with being a free member of a service such as say, Rapidshare.
